What is Coaching?

Coaching helps you discover the best way for you to build your career and life.  You can read many books, listen to all the podcasts but you still have to discover how best you work and make decisions.  This is why coaching is so powerful.  You work on enhancing what you are great at and manage how to improve other areas. 

Coaching unpacks how your decisions are influenced and explores the unconscious parts of you.  With coaching, you fine-tune how you approach decisions and life.  It helps you get better results with less effort. 

My Approach

I use powerful inquiry practices and mindfulness techniques I take from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Invest in Yourself

Coaching is on a month-to-month basis.  A typical arrangement is 2 x 60-minute sessions per month.  Two months tends to be the minimum length.  During your coaching engagement, support is also offered outside of the sessions.
