Having experienced the profound benefits of mindfulness in my own life, I studied mindfulness at the University of Oxford, Mindfulness Centre.  I have taken further training by attending retreats and courses.

I guide people to reconnect with their sense of self and find stability. Our inner worlds can be complex and, at times, unsettling.  Awareness techniques help you to pay attention to the present moment with deliberate intention.

Feelings, whether of compassion or irritation,

should be welcomed, recognized, and treated on an absolutely equal basis;

because both are ourselves.

Thich Nhat Hanh

What is Mindfulness?

“the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally”

Jon Kabat-Zinn
